Custom forms lost when using FIND

I just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. It imported
my custom contact form with no problem except when I
use "Find" to do a search. I always have used Category
view and now when the search is compete and I open the
found items, they are displayed in the default form
layout instead of my own custom form. If I close out the
Find window and re-open the same contact from the main
category list, it then displays correctly in my custom
form.

I never had this problem w/ OL 2000.

Any suggestions on how to keep my custom form when
displaying found contacts after searching?
