Custom Forms versus Web forms

Hi

i've being working with custom forms in conjuction with exchange
workflow sink. I consistenly get the common form cache problem errors
each time a user wishes to use the custom form that use Outlook 2000.

Has anyone used web forms as an alertnative to custom forms so to move
away the the forms cache problem?
