Provide more details, please:

Outlook version
What type of form (message, contact, etc.)
Where the form is published
In what folder the items using the form are stored
Whether you get this error when creating a new item, opening existing items, or both

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms

Outlook 2000, the problem is in any type of form (messzage, contact, task).
The forms are published on an Exchange 2003 server but on other clients there
isnt't the problem.
The problem appear when I open an existing form and when I try to open a new
one.

On the public folder, yes I tried to clear the cache but the problem persist.
I think it is a client problem because on all other client on my network are
ok.

Message forms should never be published in a public folder. They need to be published in the Organizational Forms library to work properly.

Are you saying that you have multiple public folders of different types, all with different forms, and none of those forms work on this one Outlook 2000 machine?

Try deleting not just Frmcache.dat but also all the contents of the Forms folder.

You didn't answer my question about the extent of the problem. Is it just one machine? What version of Outlook are the working machines running?

Have you tried Help | Detect and Repair (I think it was called that in OL2000)? Applied all service packs and updates?

You might also try the ForceFormReload value described here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/285129/
