custom from not working in outlook 2000 in vista.

My custom form was working in outlook 2000 in XP. When I run from outlook 2000
in Vista, I get this error: "An error occurred registering the form in the
OLE registry". Everything else in outlook works fine for me in vista except
this problem.

Is there some configuration or workaround to rectify this? Any help is
appreciated.
