Custom help not working

Hi

I have created a help file using shalom help. This is a standalone help
file. I have followed the instructions in the Microsoft help and I cant get
the custom help file to display when pressing F1. A window opens but with no
contents

I have named the help file in the help file form properties in design view
and set the help context id to 1. The help file is in the same folder as the
database.
