Custom Help

I have a custom help file that I created. I am running
Access 2002. I have Access opening the Help File when I
press F1, but it is not using my Index file that I have
created. When I open the Help File outside of Access,
everything looks fine, but Access appears to be using the
Access Index file, even though I have compiled my Index
file in HTML Help workshop.
Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Can you give me a step by step on how to create a custom help file. I have
download some, but I have no clue on how to get a good start.
