Custom labels send out 3 blanks after printing

Hello,
Have set up a custom label (4.1" x 5") for a dot-matrix printer. Labels are
single wide on a tractor-feed roll.
They print fine on one, but then send out 3 blanks.
Looks good in Printer Preview, but not in reality.

Look for a DIP Switch on your printer that controls how it handles a
formfeed.
