Custom layouts in Visio

I am writing an app for coverting code to flowchart. My flowchart should
always follow a custom layout. Is there is any option in Visio for defining
custom layouts like flowchart/tree, Radial, Circular which are pre-defined.

I want to enforce my own layout style to the Visio Drawing. Is this is
feasible with Visio 2003.

You might do changing the value of cells in a PageLayout section of shapesheet.
You can see how to change with macro recorder.
