Custom Menu in office 2002

Dear all,

I new to office customization. I wanted to add Custom menu and buttons in
office 2002.

I searched web and found there are options to add buttons using Macros in
office 2002. Is there any other options to add custom menu and button using
add-ins in office 2002 or other option if any.
