Custom menu's and printing

Hi all,
Scenario, Office Developer XP Access 2002
I have created forms with buttons which open the related
reports to print the information contained in that form.
I have also created a custom menu, when print is selected
it prints the Form, instead of the report? In fact it
prints a copy of the form for every record in the
underlying table?
Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help
