Custom menus

How do I get the file>Print on a custom menu. All I can ever get is the icon
print, which sends it to the default printer. I need to allow the user to
select the printer.

Easiest way is to control + drag from the regular file menu to the custom
menu. That will add the item to the menu without removing it from the
built-in menu. If you accidentally delete it from the regular file menu, just
select the menu in the list and click the reset button. It will restore the
Menu Bar
