Custom message for used as campus Alert

We have created a custom form that will be used to send campus alerts from
the IT department. So far, so good. But we'd like the subject line that is
displayed in the recipient's inbox to be a different font & color from the
rest of the other mail.

I'm guessing this will have to be an organizational form that resides onthe
Exchange server - and that we'll have to add some code for the subject line
that exchange can interpret. I'm not a network guru, but I can persuade
someone to help me. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

No form needed. If you include a message flag with a due date of the time
you send the message, the message will appear red in users' Inbox folders
and will pop up a reminder.

I tried this using a red flag; the flag appeared - but the text was still
black, no reminder. Should I set the time for just before I'm sending the
email?

Better result - I've selected a time about 10 minutes prior to sending &
added high importance. I got the reminder this time. And of course, I'm
seeing the red flag & exclamation point.

We would still like to change the font style & color of the subject line -
bold, italic & red - to make "jump off the page" and grab our on-campus
community's attention. The reminder might work...given the sensitivity of
subject lines in color.

3rd times the charm! When I specified a time at least 30 minutes in the past
- IT WORKED PERFECTLY. Thanks so much1
