custom messages mail items

hi ,
I want to add my custom messages to mail item form, just between the
"From:" address and "TO:" address details( using code i want to do this ) .I
am using VSTO 2005 (C#.Net) . Whether this is possible ?
If not , I want to know whether adding the custom message in some other
place above the "Body" of mail item form . Can this be done and how ?

You cannot access that section of the email form unless you use a custom
form, requiring it to be published wherever used. In addition any text there
would most likely require code behind the form to put the message there
unless it's constant text.

That has nothing to do with managed code or c#, any form code is VBScript.
