custom ms access database password

Hi!

I learned that ms access 2007 empowered the database password and encryption.

I was wondering if I can also empower the database password and encryption
of ms access 2003. I know how to make a custom encryption method but I dont
know how to apply the database password with my new custom encryption to the
database.

Can somebody help me.
