Custom Network Diagram boxes

I would like to know how to create custom network diagram boxes. None of the
boxes in the template selections meet my needs. I am currently on the path
of using VBA to create a diagram in PowerPoint, but this is inefficient. I
have also read that there is some functionality with Visio. My preference is
to use the Network Diagram utility in Project. Any ideas?

Are you trying to do this via VBA, or are you simply trying to create
your own box template? You did post in the Project developer newsgroup
but the only mention of VBA is for a PowerPoint conversion.

If you simply want to format the network diagram boxes, you can access
the formatting window under Format/Boxes when in the Network Diagram
view. If you need to do this using VBA, try the BoxFormat Method. The
full syntax for that can be found in the object browser. However, be
advised that from my experience the object browser descriptions are not
always accurate when it comes to graphics formatting. Unfortunate, but
that's the way it is.
