Custom number formats for formulas

Is it possible to create custom number formats for formulas? If so,
how?!

I'm talking about the number formats shown in the dropdown in Table -
Formula. I want to create my own number format and use that for the
formula in the table cell.

Couldn't find anything in the help so thanks for any help on this.

Ok, I've worked it out.

Use a numeric picture, e.g. = SUM(ABOVE)\#,##0;(#,##0)

So, in Table - Formula, instead of selecting a number format from the
dropdown list, type in the 'numeric picture' after the formula. The
backslash separates the formula from the number format.
