I want to divide an 8.5 x 11 page into 6 cells; 2 columns x 3 rows, each cell 3.66" x 4.25" with little or no borders. If I could I want to do a header in each cell. Is this Word or Excel or what?

Hi Bruce;

Word would probably be the better choice but I can't be sure.

Exactly what is your objective? It sounds like you're attempting to create
something comparable to mailing labels, shipping labels, name tags, etc. If
that's the case you may be able to save yourself a lot of trouble by
exploring the Project Gallery as well as the supplied templates available
through Tools> Labels - Options.

You can't have multiple Headers on a single page but you can have content
replicated in each 'label'. There are different ways too go about it
depending on which approach you take.

It's possible he meant "headings" when he said "headers"...

But I guess he'll clarify.
