Custom Outline Codes

In the Enterprise Global file, I'm having difficulty with the outline codes.
Im trying to make a pivot table menu/ selection box in my web access, and
yall told me to use custom outline codes in the enterprise global files. Do
you have any guides?

What trouble are you having exactly? What enterprise outline codes have you
already created in the Enterprise Global file? When you say "pivot table",
are you referring to a Portfolio Analyzer view? If so, then have you
specified enterprise outline codes for your published projects and
resources, and then have you published the changes to those projects? Has
your OLAP cube rebuilt since you published those projects? Let us know.

I see my Outline Codes in the PivotTable field list yet when I go to add them
to my view they are "grayed" out and I can't add them to my view. Any
thoughts why all my Dimensions are "grayed" out and I can't add them to the
following areas:
- Data Area
- Row Area
- Column Area
- Filter Area
- Detail Area
