custom Outlook welcome message

Is there a way to customize the welcome message you
receive when first configuring outlook.

We have an intranet and I would like to have links from
the welcome message to several Intranet pages on office
standards, etc..

Any ideas would be appreciated.

For Outlook 2000;

Edit the welcome.msg in the progrma files\microsoft
office\office folder.

You can use a logonscript to copy it to all the clients.

I haven't really looked how to do this for Outlook 2002
and above yet.
