Custom page numbers in Table of Contents

G

Gian Ricco

Using Word 2002.

I created a "custom" page number format, i.e. the page
number at the bottom of each page is displayed as J-22, J-
23, etc. instead of 22, 23, etc. How can I make this show
up in my Table of Contents? When I created a TOC, all
that shows up is 22, 23, etc. NOT J-22, J-23.

Thanks
Gian

Hi Gian,

I do not think this is possible.

Please do not multipost.

If you want you can crosspost (Many newsgroups in the To: field when you
crate your message.)

The reason is simple:
People may end up "wasting" their time answering a post that has already
been answered elsewhere, thus it may be very likely that their particular
response to a post be totally ignored if the reply received elsewhere was
satisfactory to the original poster.

Salut!
