Custom Paper & Printing

I have custom sized paper that measures 6.25 x 8.5. My margins are:

Top: 1"
Bottom: 1"
Left: 1.75"
Right: .5"

My question is, how do I print the page within my margins? Right now when I
print, it's not even close....and depending on which printer I use (I have 2)
OneNote prints my text in different areas of the page.
