Custom Portfolio Analyzer view

Hi,

Is it possible to create a custom portfolio analyzer view which shows the
work done by different resources against time or something that shows project
progress with respect to resources and tasks? If so, how to go about doing it?
I had tried working on the portfolio analyzer initially and now whenever i
try creating a portfolio analyzer view for a project A and drop the
'Projects' category from Pivot Table Field list, the field contains 3-4
project that were created for testing and have now been removed. How can i
add/remove project from this field?

Yes, you can create Portfolio Analyzer views to show work done by resources
against time and project progress with respect to resources, but you by
default, you cannot see tasks in a Portfolio Analyzer view. The mysterious
deleted projects will disappear from the Portfolio Analyzer the next time
your OLAP cube rebuilds. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response. I've tried rebuilding the cupe a couple of times
but things don't change and i still see those projects. And how can I add the
particular project to the portfolio analyzer cube once i've got the old ones
removed?

All published projects appear in the OLAP cube by default. Hope this helps.

trying to update the OLAP cube, and after a couple of tries its finally
working
