Custom Properties, CTRL + Click

I have created some custom shapes in a new stencil. Each has the same
standard set of custom properties. However, when I save as a web page only
some provide the CTRL + Click (and tool tip text)feature that reveals the
custom properties in the left pane. Interestingly enough, if I search for
some criteria in the custom properties of one of the "non-compliant" shapes
it is found, so the information is there. For what ev er reason the feature
was not enabled during the web page generation.

Is this a problem with shape sheet config that I can't seem to find???

Check that the properties are on the top shape of any grouped shapes, and
that there is not another shape masking the shapes.
I think that filled shapes with 100% transparency can still obscure shapes
behind them in the web page. I once had a page border shape that had no
fill that still obscured shapes in the web page, until I did SendToBack on
the border before sSaveAsWeb.
