Custom Properties

I am using Visio 2002, when I save as a webpage the custom properties
comes in the frame to the left. The problem is it is not scaling
correctly. I am doing server racks and the servers at the top will be
ok but three or four servers down the mouse over is offset and the
custom properties will display the info of a server that is really two
or three positions above. I have try multiple resolutions and have
zoomed it but nothing seems to help. Surely there is a pretty
straight forward fix or this would be a useless feature.
