Custom Properties

I have created some rack diagrams and created custom properties for all of
the objects in the diagram. Once the Custom properties were created and
applied it put them in alphabetical order, it did not retain the order in
which they were created. How can I keep them in the order that I want them in?

Hi

you can use the sortkey on the same row in the shapesheet to depict the
order for the custom properties in the custom properties window when you
show the custom properties on the page

I do not see a sort key anywhere.

select your shape,
right click the shape and select custom properties from the context menu
select define at the bottom of the custom properties menu
have fun,

Have already done that, it is getting them to show up in the order I create
the properties, for some reason when I get done they go back to an
Alphabetical order.

on the custom properties menu, select the attribute you want to be first in
the list and then for the key index field put the letter 'a', for the field
that you want to be second put the letter 'b', and so on.
