Custom PWA Page?

I have a charting application (ASP.Net) that I would like to display in PWA as
a custom Project view.

Is this possible?

Do I need to implement a custom web part to do this?

Any guidance or process directions would be greatly appreciated...

Yes, it is possible. I don't think I'd implement it as a Web Part. Here's a

Yes, everything mentioned in the article will work with 2003.
