Custom Report using VBA?

I would like to create a custom report based. Could someone point me in the
right direction?

I want a main level to be the Resource ID and Resource Name
Then as a subgroup I would like to have the Task ID, Task Name, Duration,
Start Date and Finish Date.
Then to further complicate matters, I would like to be able to create a page
break between resources.

I appreciate all suggestions!
