Custom Reports ... WBS Work Hours Roll Up

I desire to create a report that will roll up hours by WBS and summary by
month. In effect, I have the data showing on the Gannt Chart. However, I
want to have a report showing the WBS levels on the vertical axis, Months
horizontally, and the hours as the data in the chart. Is there some type of
Pivot table I am missing?
