Custom Reports ... Work Hours by Work GROUP

I am tryuing to create three reports in Project:

1. I wish to summarize baseline Work Hours by Work Group vs. Time (Months)
Doing it against resrouce names is simple, but what if I have 7 people
assigned to a group (say Mechanical Engineers) and I want to summarize work
for the entire group?

Ideas?
