Custom Rules

Can I create several rules and then have the user execute
them with a button added on the toolbar? Where can I find
resources to learn how?

Outlook 2000SP1 on Win98SE with Exchange2000 on 2000SBS.

Cannot get the rules to run automatically but they do run
if using the rules wizard and run now option--would like
to automate this and if I cannot get the message to
forward automatically then a single click button would be
a work around

goto view-> toolbars-> customize...-> tab commands. In the left column
select Tools and in the right column select Run Rules Now... Drag and drop
this command to a place on your toolbar.

Thanks that will be acceptable until I can figure out why
the forward to when mail arrives does nor run without
doing the run now.
