custom shortcut menu

Is there a way to add commands to the shortcut menus, the ones you get when
you right click?

I use perfect menu it allows you to create Addon menus or replacement menus
for contextual menus. It offers a lot of useful functionality.

I also use CCM wizard it is also useful but doesn't offer as much
functionality as perfect menu
