Custom shows

I have three custom shows in a presentation. When you click the action
button to activate the custom show. At the end of the custom show you can go
back to the mani menu. However when you click to get off of the mani menu it
goes back to the last slide viewed from the custom show. How do I get it to
advance past the last slide. For example slide 5 is the main menu. Slides
6-9 are the custome show. When I get back to the main menu I want to got to
slide 10 but it takes me to slide 9. Help.

As well as doing as Sandy says

When you link to the custom shows tick "Show and Return" AND make any button
in the custom show to return have an action of "End show" NOT "Goto Slide 1"

Yes, those slides are hidden. I did also try John's idea but that killed the
whole show, which is not what I want to do. After slide 9 of the custome
show I want it to go back to slide 5 (menu) and when clicked to advance to
next slide I want to go to slide 10 not the last slide viewed. Any other
ideas. Thank you both.

What are you clicking to "get off the main menu"? It sounds like you hae a
link that's set to "last slide viewed."
