Custom Status Reports

I need to create a custom status report within project server web access.
Right now all it let's me do is create a custom text field; is there a way to
create dropdown boxes that have a predefined list in them?

I am not aware of any default method of customizing Status Reports beyond
the features you have already seen. Sorry.
