I have a custom task form, and the task form is stored in users'
personal task folders. The workflow is supposed to go as follows:
1) A project manager sends the task to the resource manager.
2) The resource manager accepts the task and then assigns the task
from his task folder.
3) The assignee clicks a button that runs custom code to put the task
in his calendar and a public calendar.
Step one works fine, but as soon as the the resource manager 'accepts'
the task, the message class changes back to 'IPM.TASK', the form
one-offs, and the form is saved with the data.
The response that goes back to the project manager doesn't contain the
form, so they loose all the form functionality. And the task, once
assigned to the assignee is saved with the data, so it doesn't run.
This means that the copy to calendar button will not work.
Can anybody help?
