My chapter headings are a number like this:

Lorem ipsum...

Lorem ipsum...

Lorem ipsum...
and I want the table of contents to show the word "chapter" like this:
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
I've used Shift+Alt+O to "Mark Table of Contents Entry" like so:
1 { TC "Chapter 1" \f C \ "1" }
But after udating the table of contents, but it still shows:
Table of Contents
1
2
3
What am I doing wrong? MS Office 2010
