I have something similar but I use FrontPage's include
page.
The menu is in a separate .htm file (e.g. menu.htm) and
the webpages have the 'include page' info on them (e.g.
<!--webbot bot="Include" U-Include="menu.htm" TAG="BODY"--..
This way I only need to change the one menu file and all
the pages are updated.
In FrontPage 2002 you go to where you want the menu to
appear, then go Insert/web component/included
content/page then browse to the menu file.
If you don't want to do that, you could use search and
replace to update the .html code on all 30 pages.
