custom toolbar - Close

I've created a custom toolbar with 'close' to enable a user to return to a
switchboard after viewing/printing a report. The switchboard isn't maximized
after using the 'close' button. How can I modify the properties of the
'close' button to maximize the switchboard?

I found how to get to the properties of the button, but I don't know what to
enter into the 'On Action' area (if that's where it would go).
