I had a custom template designed for me that includes a toolbar with shortcuts to apply frequently used styles and to add frequently used tables. It normally appears at the bottom of the screen. It is visible by default.
Several times, I have created a document based on the template and used the toolbar to work on the document. Then after closing and saving, and going back into the document (after lunch or the next day), the toolbar has disappeared. Looking under View\Toolbars, i do not see the name of the toolbar (which, before it disappears, is listed with an asterisk next to it).
This is an aggravating problem. I can create a new document from the template, and copy all of my work over, but this seems like unnecessary work.
Is this a known issue?
