Custom Toolbar missing buttons

Win XP, Outlook 2003. I have a custom toolbar we are upgrading to Matter
Centricity, but when I install the upgrade, two buttons are missing. Any
idea where these buttons may have gone? They are in the registry, but will
not appear on the toolbar.

I have tried both of these as well as Detect & Repair. I have also looked at
the registry and the keys are there, and when you load Outlook, it looks like
it wants to put the buttons there, but then just stops. I'm thinking
something is blocking these buttons from loading, but can't figure out what
it might be.

Are they in the disabled addins section? (its on the Help, About dialog)
where are they in the registry? Outlook doesn't use the registry to create
toolbars.

Nothing in disabled items. I'm not sure where the toolbar is created for
Outlook, I just know there are references to these buttons in the registry.
They are in Current User, Software. Is there anyway to unregister these
keys, then trying to register them again? I've tried running the registry
keys again, but that doesn't do it either.

Do you know of anything that may block buttons from showing up? I've tried
all I know and haven't found anything else on the internet on this?

Thanks for your help.
