Custom toolbar - remove toolbar options?

Hallo,

I made a custom toolbar for my reports. How can i remove the small black
down traingle "toolbar options" that is visable at the end of alle the
options that i put on my toolbar?

What ever i do i cannot seem to get rid of it....
