We are using MS Office 2003 and have created some custom toolbars of macros
to help users prepare their documents easier. We copied the toolbars (e.g
TB_NewAcct.dot, TB_Collection.dot... etc) to users' pc on the c:\Program
File\Microsoft Office\Office 11\startup. When they open any document in
Word, the custom toolbars will be available for their selection in the
View-toolbars. This works for all users except one. We found one of the
custom toolbars is not available in the View-toolbars on her PC. We checked
the respective .dot file is in the startup folder as the other, but has no
clue why it is not availabe for selection in the View-Toolbars. We tried
deleting all custom toolbar files from the startup and copying them back
again, the one not available before is still missing. Any suggestions for
fixing? Thanks a lot in advance.
