Custom UI Download Error

When I try to open any message I get: Custom UI Runtime Error in Microsoft
Access Outlook Add-in for Data Collection and Publishing. An error occurred
while calling the callback: "Ribbon_GetDCVisible". I did not create this COM
Add-in and I have deselected it so I no longer get the error message but I'd
like to know what this Add-in is and should it work. I have Office 2007
Ultimate version.

I'm experiencing this problem as well with Office 2007 / Access 2007 /
Outlook 2007. Here is some additional information, in case Microsoft reads
this:

1) I never got this on my computer with 1GB of memory installed... only the
one with 512k.

2) It only happens when I'm running Access and Outlook at the same time.

3) It only started happening after the first time I tried to use the "create
outlook task" for a saved export in Access.

4) I never tried to set anything up in Outlook related to the Access
add-in. I think Access did it for me.

5) Even though I get a pop-up error message, after I close it, everything
with Outlook seems to keep functioning normally. I haven't however, tested
it to see if that actual task created from Access works.
