Custom UI Runtime Error in MS Access Outlook Add-in

I'm now getting a message whenever I open email messages with a header that
says:
"Custom UI Runtime Error in Microsoft Access Outlook Add-in for Data
Collection and Publishing"

Column: 102
Erroro Code 0x80004005
Failed to find Office control by ID
ID: TabTask

I started seeing this about the same time that the error message I posted on
3/5 (which no one as responded to). Ergo, there seems to be a connection.
