Custom Views in Project Server

I would like to have a custom view available for my use on all my projects.
We are running Proj Pro 2007 Server.
Administrator will not add it to the enterprise global.
I don't want to keep coping the view from project to project.
Also, is there a way to have this view available when not working on the
server?

Open a project and created the custom View in it. Then click Tools -
Organizer. Copy the new custom View from the right side (in the open
project) to the left side (the cached Global). Don't forget to copy the
custom Table, Filter, and/or Group that you used in the custom View, if
necessary. Click the Close button and then close the project in question
without saving it. Exit Project Professional 2007 and then relaunch the
software. The new View should now be available in all projects. Hope this
helps.

Sorry but the only way to have a view available to all projects is by doing
either an Enterprise Global view or copying the view from project to
project.

Local views will be available when not working on the server because they
are stored in the project file. Enterprise views will be stored locally if
you save the file while in the view or by copying it to the local file from
the enterprise cache.
