custom views

I have a user who has an issue with his custom view. If he clicks on th
"from" header, it groups by the senders, which is what he wants, BUT, i
almost always goes to the top of the list of senders, instead of th
sender he has highlighted. Every once in a while it stays at the sende
he has selected, but only now and then. He is the main exec, so he get
tons of mail and needs to keep it organized. If he starts at the top h
may have to scroll down quite a bit to get where he is going.

One tip is to teach him not to scroll, but rather to type the first letter
of the person's name and it will jump there.
