CustomDocumentProperties not updated?

Hi !
I am working on a project to customize MSP with VBA macros.
I'm trying to read the "Duration" and "% complete" fields of a new Project
document, but when I read this fields with a macro, they are empty. However,
in the document properties window, these fields have a value...
Help...!!!!
