Custome Forms Limitations in Outlook 2003 Removed

In Outlook 2002, there were the following limitations to forms:

1. Cannot use the Intellisense feature in Outlook to format custom
phone number in the contact form.

2. Cannot customize the first page of the Task form.

3. When create a "new contact from the same company", the custom field
data is not carried over to the new contact.

Have these items been updated to be allowed in Outlook 2003?
