Custome size drawing ?

I am trying to create a custom drawing of 36x24 (length x
height)with a border in landscape.

I am looking for some assistance with what options to
select under "Page Setup" | Printer Setup and Page Size.

1. I want to print out my network diagram all on one page
not multiple. What's the difference between selecting
the "Adjusted to 100%" or selecting the "Fit to" and
leaving it at 1.

2. When I look under print priview my bottom border
appears to be several inches away from the bottom how can
I make it more closer to the bottom. (if that makes sense -
the top, left and right margins look ok, just not the
bottom margin).

thanks

1. 100% scaling plots every entity at its exact size, regardless of other
sizing factors. Fit, on the other hand, scales the output to use up or fit
into the available "real estate" of the paper being used. If the image is
smaller than the paper size selected, it will be scaled up as much as
possible within the limits of the margins; if it's larger, it will be scaled
down.

2. I have found issues with printing in Visio 2002-- is this the version you
are using? Most of my problems with preview and output involved sizes other
than the usual (A, B, legal, etc). I was also using a D sized sheet, and
preview did not always match what was output. Is this true in your case, or
do you still have the gap when you print? Something else to look for is
invisible entities or blank text. Try windowing around the area in question
to see if any such objects are in the gap region. This has also happened to
me.
