Customer Forms & Imported Data

I've created a Custom Form within a Sub-Folder of Contacts.
Then I import data from an Excel Spreadsheet, Data is imported fine.
When opening each contact however, it defaults to using the original Contact
form, not my New Custom Form.
When setting the "When Posting to this Folder" to my custom form using
Properties, it doesn't make an difference, only a NEW ENTRY will utilize the
Custom Form.

I wish to be able to IMPORT the contact info from excel and Open it with my
new custom form, any suggestion or assistance would be greatly appriciated.

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm.
