Customer Imprivement Program

Hi, i will deploy Outlook 2003 to our network users soon
but there is one last thing i would need to resolve before
doing so. Once the installation is done there is this
small icon in the tray bar called "customer improvement
program" that i would like to cancel automatically in my
deployment. Is that possible ? If anyone needs more
information please let me know.
